Executive Director - Marc Kaufman
The Executive Director is the heartbeat of the corps.  This individual is responsible for bringing personality, integrity, and respect to this organization. Overall show design, evaluation of the instructional staff’s teaching methods and procedures, and participant satisfaction are among the many key ingredients the Executive Director must monitor. Each of the instructional staff reports to the Executive Director.

Program and Instructional Coordinator - Alan Armstrong
The Staff Coordinator organizes rehearsals, coordinates instructional staff, and assists in the overall mounting of the show.

Operations and Tour Manager - Mike Miller

Caption Heads
Each creative element (Percussion, Horns, Guard, Visual) within Court of Honor has a Caption Head.  This person is responsible for providing interpretation training to the staff and participants, and for coordinating the implementation of their caption’s part of the show.

Technicians
Technicians are responsible for “fine tuning” the music and choreography of the performance.  Anyone can dream up a wonderful concept.  The trick of the trade is to get each participant to understand the same concept and interpret it with precision.  Consistency is the key to success.

Participants
This is NOT a misprint. Every participant in Court of Honor has something unique, special, and important that they can teach other participants. This is a great place to develop leadership skills!
